At our July meetup, we will be joined by our client, Martel, who recently purchased his first "house hack" using grant programs and seller credits. By leveraging these resources, he actually received a check back at closing, meaning he used very little of his own money to secure the property. Joined by Johnita Herndon our powerhouse lender from Guaranted Rate and Martel's Realtor TJ Floros of the Sarita Sells Team we will be sharing all our of insights on how YOU CAN DO THIS! This will include how Martel choose his property, the programs that are available, neighborhoods to find the best house hack and running the numbers on these types of deals. But most importantly we are there for YOUR QUESTIONS!
