Keep Trotwood Beautiful: Citywide Community Cleanup

Let’s come together to Keep Trotwood Beautiful!

On Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., volunteers from across Trotwood will come together for a citywide community cleanup spanning all four wards.

Keep Trotwood Beautiful is a collaborative effort bringing together local churches, residents, community organizations, and the City of Trotwood to care for our neighborhoods and strengthen connections throughout the community.

Volunteers will gather at a host site within their ward, where they will check in, receive cleanup supplies and safety information, and be directed to designated areas to serve.

Ward Host Sites

• Ward 1: Pleasant Green Church
• Ward 2: To Be Announced
• Ward 3: Trotwood Church of the Brethren
• Ward 4: St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church

Cleanup supplies will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes appropriate for outdoor work.

The work may end at noon, but we’re not done yet!

After the cleanup, volunteers from all four wards are invited to come together for a Community After Party from 12:00–1:00 p.m. at the Trotwood Community & Cultural Arts Center.

We’ll enjoy lunch, connect with neighbors and fellow volunteers, and celebrate what we accomplished together across Trotwood.

8:30–9:00 a.m. – Volunteer Check-In at Ward Host Sites
9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. – Citywide Cleanup
12:00–1:00 p.m. – Community After Party at the Trotwood Community & Cultural Arts Center

Everyone! Individuals, families, churches, businesses, schools, neighborhood groups, and community organizations are invited to serve. Children and youth are welcome to participate with appropriate adult supervision.

Whether you can bring an entire team or simply come ready to serve alongside your neighbors, there is a place for you!
