In this session we take a look at two things. We will firstly look at banter in the workplace. This will include a look at the basic law involved, the risks if banter goes wrong and what can be done to ensure the working environment is happy for all employees.

 

We will then look at workplace culture including how to reduce cases, improve productivity, engage your people and grow a winning culture.

 

What will you learn at the event?

 

How to create a happy workplace culture and get the balance right between friendly and professional. It will be a great opportunity to see how the law works with workplace banter, see examples of where it went wrong and get practical advice of what to do about it. There will also be a practical session on workplace culture and tips and advice given on how to have the best workplace culture. 


Who will be speaking at the event? 

 

Rob Tice Director at Precept: Rob has over 20 years’ experience as an Employment Law and HR Lawyer. He has spoken at numerous events including with ACAS and CIPD.

 

Sarah Markham CEO of Calm in a Box: Sarah is an experienced people director with many years’ experience co-creating and delivering behaviour and culture change programmes.
