About this Event
A day dedicated to thought-provoking discussions and scholarly exchange across political theory and adjacent disciplines.
We invite you for a day of intellectual exploration, featuring presentations from graduate researchers and opportunities for academic networking with fellow students, professionals, and the wider London political theory community.
- Hear from graduate student speakers as they present their latest research in a series of interactive panel discussions spanning political philosophy, social and critical theory, history of political thought, comparative political theory, and more. This year's panels explore themes of responsibility, coercion, and transformation.
- The conference will be concluded by a keynote lecture from Dr Bernardo Zacka, Department of Political Science, MIT: 'Ordinary things contain the deepest mysteries: On doing political theory with an ethnographic sensibility'.
- If you wish to only attend the keynote lecture, please register here.
- Please arrive 20 minutes before the start for registration and to pass through security at the building entrance.
- Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided.
- The conference will be held entirely in person at King's College London Strand Campus.
- Registration is required through Eventbrite — the full programme will be shared with participants shortly before the event.
