We hope you’ve marked your calendars for EVERY SATURDAY 10PM-1AM cuz the Moneypot Open Mic is comin' in hot!
This is not your regular open mic, it’s an exclusive spot exclusively for artists to commune with each other. It’s at @birdnestkc, which is basically a giant 420-friendly hang spot with couches and a kitchen for you to bring your own food, and BYOB or BYOBud. It’s above The Ship in West Bottoms.
The mic is for comedians, singers, and musicians. Everyone gets 5 minutes or 2 songs, and before you get onstage you put $1 in a jar. At the end of the mic a name is drawn to win the entire moneypot!
