About this Event
Practical Steps to Digital Marketing for Your Small Business
As the world’s most popular soccer game captures global attention, small businesses across Kansas City have a unique opportunity to level up how they show up — showcasing the heart, hustle, and stories that define this region.
AI is transforming how we brainstorm, write, and design, but using it well takes strategy.
In this hands-on masterclass, you’ll learn how to use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Descript to streamline your creative process — without losing your authentic voice. This session focuses on a practical workflow that you can apply right away.
Led by Maliha Khan, Founder & CEO of Khanect the Dots and Khancepts Studio, this hands-on workshop helps you:
- Generate fresh, brand-aligned content ideas on demand
- Write stronger, more human-sounding copy keeping your brand voice in mind
- Create marketing visuals and short-form videos faster using AI tools
Designed for small business owners, marketing professionals, and anyone responsible for content creation, you’ll leave with clear takeaways, practical templates, and the confidence to use AI with intention.
Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop for a working-session experience. A subscription to ChatGPT (or similar) and Canva Pro is recommended.
KC2026 is committed to hosting inclusive and accessible meetings.
The meeting venue is ADA accessible. If you require accommodations to participate please indicate your request during registration or contact us at [email protected] no later than February 27./
Advance notice allows us to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.
