What's the refund policy?

there are NO ticket refunds. You may however make arrangements for someone else to use the ticket.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes it is ok.

If I am registered as a Competitor, do I have to purchase seperate General Admission tickets for the model and myself ?

No. Entry for both the Model and Competitor is included in the competitiion fees.
