Kayaking 101 (Registration Required)

Join our rangers in learning how to operate a kayak safely and effectively. Space is limited and registration is required. All participants must be 12 years old or older.

Registration closes at 3:00pm, Friday, July 24th.
When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026 from 9:00am-11:00am
Where: South Boat Ramp
Bring: Water, and a snack if you need one.
Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
