Appalachian Kayak is a mobile business traveling to several different locations. The number and type of boats on the trailer varies based on customer requests. Therefore, it is required that you make reservations in advance. However, sometimes it is possible to join a shuttle at the last minute if it is not full. Sometimes we bring extra boats or have extra space for your boats. Please call to check for same-day availability.

WEATHER
Trips run rain or shine–we reserve the right to modify or cancel trips when severe weather and water conditions are determined unsafe by Appalachian Kayak’s management. If this occurs, we will reschedule or issue a rain check. Your rain check is transferrable and does not expire.
*Shuttle of personal boats or paddle is available if at least one person in your party is renting a boat, you are joining an existing group or there are 2 or more personal boats in your group.
