Formed in Hastings, Kay Iris' music is focused on a mixture of Folk, Psychedelia, Prog and Country pooling musical influence straight from the Americana tin.
Taking inspiration from ‘The Doobie Brothers’, ‘Emmylou Harris’ and ‘Fleetwood Mac’. Kay Iris is focused distinct compositions that combine ethereal vocals, memorable riffs and thought-provoking lyrics.
They have independently released four original singles last year, which garnered them critical acclaim and air play, including slots for BBC Introducing and Radio X. Their fifth single is due to be released late summer 2025!
