Kava Costume Party at SoberAF
About this Event
Want the costume party without the headache the next day?
Come to our Kava Costume Party, where Sage will briefly talk about what Kava is, and answer any questions you may have about this magical plant medicine. Each ticket includes one ceremonial grade Kava serving, and a mocktail of choice. Wear your costume for bonus points!
Sage Abraham (She/They) is an Embodiment Coach and Kava Ceremonialist who has been working with the plant for 10 years now. Sage started her recovery journey back in 2022 and found that being able to go to Kava bars is what kept her feeling connected and held by community, while still being able to go somewhere social to enjoy a fun "drink" with friends. Now she enjoys hosting events with intentions to bring people together, while learning about the plant medicine that worked so well for her and her healing journey.
Sober AF is a family-owned zero proof bottle shop in Tacoma, WA. with many yummy options that have a variety of adaptogens and benefits. They have a loaded bar where they keep delicious juices, N/A spirits, and much more. They host events weekly, providing a warm and welcoming space for creatives in the community, while encouraging a healthy, sober lifestyle.
Come support these local small businesses while making new connections and learning all about KAVA!
