This month is Down's Syndrome Awareness Month. We are delighted to host Katy Lironi (from The Secret Goldfish) in store who will be talking about her debut book "Matilda In The Middle" - based on her family life and her daughter Matilda. The book will be able for purchase and signing on the day.
Katy will also be performing songs with Choir 21 - Katy's Makaton Choir with young adults with Down's Syndrome. Joining the choir will be Douglas MacIntyre (Sexual Objects, QUAD90, Creeping Bent) and Ken McCluskey (The Bluebells).
All ticket sales will be donated to Down's Syndrome Scotland. We will also be collecting for Down's Syndrome Scotland so please bring cash and coins along.
