Williams has had roles as Monkey Mike in Friday After Next, a successful stint on Wild ‘n Out, portrayed Bobby Shaw in My Wife and Kids, provided the voice of A Pimp Named Slickback in The Boondocks, acted as Seamus in Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and portrayed Lord Have Mercy in Norbit. He has also voiced himself in the video game Grand Theft Auto IV.

Williams is known for Black comedy, blue comedy, observational comedy and physical comedy. His stand-up comedy addresses African American culture, racism, recreational drug use, politics, celebrities and sex.

He has performed at clubs across the U.S. including The Improv, The Comedy Club, The Ice House and The Hollywood Park Casino. He has appeared as “Katt in the Hat” Williams on BET’s Comic View and starred in his first comedy special in 2006, Katt Williams: Live: Let a Playa Play.
