About this Event

Katie Lechner has been a customer insights strategist for two of the world’s top brands: Google and The Gap. As the Head of User Experience Research for Google Search, she infuses humanity into facts to ensure that Google Search helps us all get the right information when we need it. Over her 25 year career, Katie has used a wide variety of methods to analyze trends and discover what customers really want. And she’s learned that the best way to help customers is not through algorithms, surveys, or complex analytics, it’s to have deep empathy for the needs of the people she’s serving.

Katie's presentation will be followed by audience Q&A and an opportunity to chat with Katie 1:1.

This is a FREE event with limited seating capacity. Please register early.

Donations are graciously accepted to help us offset event costs AND support women-owned businesses in developing countries.
