Katie Grennan & Annmarie Acosta at Seman Violins

In recent years, fiddler Katie Grennan and pianist and piano accordionist Annmarie Acosta have provided the soundtrack to Irish dance championships across the country, logging hundreds of hours together and developing an unmistakable musical connection along the way.
Now, they’re moving from accompanying dancers to taking center stage for a one-night-only concert at Seman Violins. The program will feature Irish traditional music and original arrangements shaped by their years of playing together.
With Annmarie traveling from Rockaway, New York, and Katie based in Evanston, both musicians are excited for this unique opportunity to perform in concert together so close to Katie’s home.
