Written between Portland and her home in New Orleans, and recorded with Matt Thomson at Echo Echo Studios, the album marks both a homecoming and a departure, a reflection on change, restlessness, and growth. Rooted in the rustic romance of the Southwest and the restless realism of the Pacific Northwest, Valazza’s music hums with movement and reflection.
