Ryan Gary Raddon is more famously known by his stage name Kaskade. An electronic dance music DJ, he has traveled the world and spun at the most in-demand events and festivals. With several accomplishments under his turntables, he has been keeping people on the dance floor since 1989. Like other DJs who got their start at young ages, he attended college before achieving worldwide fame. In his dorm room, he sharpened his music skills with regular practice. In 1995, he moved to San Francisco where the deep house music scene was beginning to develop. Several of his songs received recognition on Billboard magazine's Hot Dance Club Play chart, including Everything from the album In The Moment, released in 2001. A Resume of Firsts

Moving to San Francisco was a game-changer for Kaskade. In 1995, the California city was just starting to experience deep house music. Deep house music is said to have originated in Chicago, Kaskade's home city. After proving his musical remixing and producing skills, he was given a three-album deal by OM Records, where he worked as an an A&R Assistant. It was Kaskade who pushed the boundaries of the music industry when DJs were not yet held in high regard everywhere. He was the first to accept a residency in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was also the first to hit capacity at Barclays Center in New York, New York, and the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Embarking on stadium tours has become more common among DJs, but it is believed that his 2012 Freaks of Nature tour was the first to mark such a massive success.
