Please join us at Shine for a Restorative Class with Izzy McCaffrey to benefit Samaritan House!
Izzy earned her 200-Hour RYT certification through My Vinyasa Practice in 2021 and spent time teaching kids' yoga in Northern Virginia before recently returning to her hometown of Virginia Beach. By day, she helps people find flexibility at StretchLab’s Hilltop location, and by afternoon, she inspires young minds as an afterschool “Mad Scientist.”
Izzy discovered yoga during a challenging chapter in her life and is passionate about sharing the sense of light and acceptance her practice has given her. She believes that carving out time for self-care is essential in our fast-paced world.
Outside of teaching and practicing yoga, you’ll find Izzy kayaking, hiking, or relaxing with her cat. She’s thrilled to lead the upcoming Karma Class, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Samaritan House. See you on the mat! ❤️
