Karma yoga is the spiritual practice of "selfless action performed for the benefit of others". Karma yoga is a path to reach moksha (spiritual liberation) through work.We will be meeting at the studio; sometimes we walk across the street to do a beach clean up. Other times we do small projects for the community, businesses and those in need. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before event start. Please bring gloves if you have them, garbage pick up stick, and garbage bags if you have extras. The studio will be providing bags for those who dont have them.
