• Yoga, meditation, mindful movement and dance

• A curated half-day pilgrimage into Glastonbury
• Seasonal shared dining
• Reserved group spa sessions
• Time to rest, journal or enjoy your own space
• A pre-retreat welcome gathering
• A post-retreat integration session
You will never be expected to disclose more than feels appropriate. The group is intentionally small, allowing meaningful connection to develop naturally without pressure to perform.
