Karma Strawberry Full Moon Outdoor Yoga and Sound Bath - FREE EVENTJoin Yogee Steve and Charity OUTDOORS under the stars and the beautiful Strawberry moon on Thursday June 24th from 7:00-8:15pm. The event will have a 30-minute restorative practice, 30-minute sound bath, and 15-minute special event themed around the name of the moon. This is a karma event, from our hearts to yours, so will be a free offering to all. This is accessible to ALL and if you need to do it in a chair we can accommodate and will have chairs available for you. Although it is a free event, registration online is highly encouraged and can be found through our website under "schedule" or by clicking the tickets link in this event.
This will not be much of a movement practice so the wearing of comfortable clothing is encouraged as well as the bringing of cozy props. Required items are:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket (or 2)
- Bolster (or pillow)
- Block (or roll of paper towels)
Although we won’t have a door to lock, WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 7PM. We do this out of respect to all of the students and our teacher. Please plan to arrive by 6:45pm to get set up and comfortable so we may start timely. Thank you!
