Kriyas are a type of breath control technique that incorporates sounds and postures, and is practiced in Kundalini yoga. All levels are welcome. Donations benefit SNAC Foundation, a Sussex County based school gardening organization that provides mindfulness, nutrition, and environment education in the Indian River District.
