Karl Spain has been a staple of Irish comedy for over 20 years, performing at major festivals around the world and touring with some of the biggest names in comedy, including Kevin Bridges and Ed Byrne.
Now he brings his unmistakable Irish wit, storytelling and razor-sharp jokes to The Comedy Pub Vienna.

About Karl Spain
Karl Spain is an Irish comedian, actor and writer from Limerick.
He first gained major attention after winning the RTÉ Best New Act award in 2000 and went on to become a household name in Ireland with his hit TV series Karl Spain Wants A Woman.
He has appeared on Irish television favourites including The Panel, The Late Late Show, Tubridy Tonight, The Republic of Telly, Podge and Rodge’s Stickit Inn and more.
Karl has performed stand-up internationally across the U.S., Australia, the Middle East, South Africa and Europe, and has appeared at major festivals including Montreal Just for Laughs, Kilkenny Cat Laughs, Galway Comedy Festival, Vodafone Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe.
He has also written for many comedians over the years — meaning you may have laughed at his jokes without even knowing it.
