The dazzling Armenian-American pianist Kariné Poghosyan is coming fresh off her Sold-Out Carnegie Hall recital, which was lauded by critics and audiences alike. BlogCritics described her playing by writing, "she was living the music, not just playing it." And ConcertoNet wrote, "Ms. Poghosyan, her eyes gazing rapturously heavenward, her fingers running down the keys, was the indisputable winner."Ms. Poghosyan’s ‘25-26 season includes exhilarating monthly recital broadcast series she produces and performs on the last Sunday each month from various venues in NYC! The professional multicamera broadcasts can be viewed by joining Patreon. Additionally, Ms. Poghosyan shall collaborate with the Harlem Chamber Players in a performance on October 23, make her Jacksonville, Florida debut on December 7 and perform a solo recital at Carnegie Hall on March 30, 2026.
This concert is presented by the Music Program of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts with support from the Gwendolyn Pieper Endowment for Music in Medicine.
