Ashridge Karate Academy is coming to Chesham! Calling all kids age 7 to approx 12 - whether they have experience of karate or not - to improve their fitness, self confidence, discipline, and learn self defence via the traditional art of karate, all in a friendly, fun setting!

Taught by Sensei John with over 25 years of karate experience, with over 10 of those teaching in his own club in Berkhamsted. Fully DBS checked, safeguarding & first trained.
