Join us as we honor the transition from Summer to Fall to gather for an oceanside hike in San Francisco. Take time to move in gratitude, ground with the elements: ocean, earth, sun, air, connect with new kapatids, and love your body.
So much good medicine in spending time by the ocean— we hope to see you!
Beach walk will be followed by a potluck and talk circle.
Please bring a potluck item, banig, towel, and plate/bowl and utensil to reduce waste.
