For the past twenty-four years, the Talladega/Sylacauga Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and its Foundation have successfully supported over 251 young men and women from Talladega and Coosa counties with scholarships totaling more than $218,000 to support them in attending a college or university of their choice. The chapter conducts several activities throughout the year to sustain enough funds to help students reach their goals of attending college in a society where the cost of a college education is steadily increasing.
