Event 1
Kaotic Press Medley.
8 implements out on the field to be pressed in any order. Split times on each implement.
Amateurs 40kg axle, 40kg barbell, 40kg 12" Log, 25kg Monster DB, 28kg Sandbag, 20kg Double DBs, 40kg sandbag, 30kg 8" Log
Opens 60kg axle, 40kg block, 60kg 12" log, 65kg Barbell, 50kg Sandbag, 25kg Double DBs, 35kg 8"Monster Dumbbell, 45kg 12" Monster Dumbbell.
Event 2
Kratos Bar Tandem Deadlift for Reps
Amateur 180kg or 220kg 1 rep on heavier beats any on lighter.
Opens 240kg or 300kg 1 rep on heavier beats any on lighter.
Event 3
Farmers Tag Team.
Athlete 1 to complete 10/10m Course before tagging athlete 2 who picks up the same farmers and completes the same course.
Time stops when the full 40m has been completed.
Amateurs 65kg
Experienced 75kg
Event 4
Drag Race
Each athlete will have a rope on either side of the sled and will pull the sled 10 m, before weight is added for another 10m each.
Ropes have handle loops to grip but no metal attachment.
Amateurs 100/125kg
Experienced 125kg/175kg
Event 5
Athlete 1 must carry the Sandbag down 10m to Athlete 2 who must then pick and shoulder the sandbag to complete the rep. Once rep complete athlete 1 can go and get next sandbag to bring to athlete 2 and repeat.
Time stops when all three sandbags have been carried down and shouldered.
Amateurs 40/50/60
Experienced 50/60/70
Doors Registration Open 8am
Registration Closes/Rules Meeting 9am
Event Starts 10am
Spectators Welcome
All Athletes will receive Competition Top, a Certificate and a Medal.
Podium Teams will receive Prizes and Trophies
