Kaos Kids: Session 1 Starts

CrossFit for kids ages 5 to 10 at Kaos CrossFit in Bayers Lake, starting Saturday, January 9.
Session 1 at a glance:
Saturdays at 11:30 AM, 60-minute classes
12 weeks: Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 13, 20, 27, Mar 6, 13, 20, and Apr 3 (no class Easter weekend, March 27)
Official CrossFit Kids programming focused on movement, games, and confidence
Founding price: $249 + HST for the full session. $30 off each additional sibling.
Every kid starts at Red and earns a new colour patch for each session they finish. Collect all four and earn the Kaos Kids Graduate shirt. Week 12 (April 3) is Games day, when the kids show parents what they've learned.
Parents are welcome to watch any class. Kids just need workout clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle.
