With the overwhelming popularity of the All Women's Shows here at Kaos, we are delighted to say we'll be running three throughout 2025.

Event 1 Log Pressing
Beginners - 30kg 8" Log Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses allowed.
Novice- 42.5kg Log Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed.
Intermediate- 55kg Log Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed.
Event 2 – Deadlift Medley
All Athletes must do 2 reps on each Bar before proceeding to the next Bar, and on the third to do as many reps as possible in 60seconds.
1st Bar is standard height (9")
2nd Bar is raised by 3" (12")
3rd Bar is raised by 6" (15")
Beginners- 90kg then 105kg then 120kg
Novice - 100kg then 125kg then 140kg
Intermediate – 130kg then 150kg then 165kg
Event 3
Keg/Sandbag/Husabag Carry Medley
All implements to be carried 10m over line.
Beginners 40/50/60
Novice 40/60/75
Inters 60/70/90
Event 4
The DW Strength Farmers

Beginners 60kg Per Hand
Novice 70kg Per Hand
Intermediate 85kg Per Hand
Event 5 Sandbag Loading Over 44" Yoke
Beginners 50kg
Novice 70kg
Inters 80kg
Each Athlete will receive Competition T-shirt, Medal and Certificate
Podium Finishers will receive Prizes and Trophies
Winner to Receive Free Entry to 2025s Queen Of The North in a class of their choosing
