About this Event

Kansas City’s biggest foodie weekend is taking over the entire Power & Light District on Oct 18th & 19th, 2025! Taste your way through KC’s best food trucks and iconic restaurants—with all food items $10 or less and $5 options at every vendor—so you can sample a wide range of flavors from 25+ vendors. Come for the food, stay for the fun: we’re packing the district with live entertainment, interactive activations, and surprises all weekend long.

General Admission (All Ages): 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Festival entry (1:00 PM)
  • First Drink FREE
  • Live bands & entertainment

VIP Admission (21+ only): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • $30 in food vouchers
  • 4 drink vouchers (beer, seltzers, mixed drinks, soda, or water)
  • Unlimited French Fry Bar (12:00–1:00 PM)
  • VIP early entry (12:00 PM)
  • Free Chocolate Fountain (12:00–1:00 PM)
  • Hard Seltzer Sampling (12:00–1:00 PM)
  • 25% off merchandise
  • Custom festival apron

Note: Ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event.



Voucher & Beverage System
  • Food uses vouchers: sold in sheets of 5 for $5.
  • All food items are $10 or less and can be purchased with vouchers at participating vendors.
  • Voucher sales are cash-only (to speed lines). Multiple ATMs will be on-site; bringing cash helps you avoid ATM fees and wait times.
  • Drink vouchers can be redeemed for beer, seltzers, mixed drinks, soda, and water. Additional beverages are available at participating bars via normal cash/credit.



Kids & Families
  • Children 10 & under are FREE for General Admission and do not require a ticket.
  • VIP is 21+ only.
  • Guests aged 21 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Valid 21+ ID required for alcohol.



Refunds & Weather

All ticket sales are final. This is a rain or shine, indoor & outdoor event. If a postponement is required due to stadium events/restrictions, acts of God, natural disasters, etc., all tickets will be honored on the future date. No refunds or exchanges.
