Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall PreventionSince its creation more than twenty years ago, the Tai Chi for Arthritis program has been supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov) plus many health departments and arthritis foundations around the world.

Dr Lam will show you how to deliver the Jing and use it to store and regenerate more Qi. These techniques and knowledge are applicable to all forms of tai chi.

UpdatesWorkshop participants who are also certified TCHI Instructors will have the opportunity to update any of their Tai Chi for Health qualifications. Advanced notice is essential. Administration fees apply.

PREPARATION WITH STAGE 1
For Updates, as part of the fee, you will receive access and will be required to complete the STAGE 1 Instructor Training program of the specific program/s you are updating.
After registering, the Tai Chi Workshops USA team will send you a link to access the relevant STAGE 1 Instructor Training program/s. If you do not receive your link, please email [email protected]
Please allow suitable time to complete the required STAGE 1 Instructor Training program - It would take anywhere from 10 hours (for experienced Tai Chi for Health instructors) to 150 hours (for participants new to tai chi). Please start your preparation as soon as possible and allow suitable time to complete the required program depending on your experience.
Upon completion of STAGE 1 material, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion. You must submit this certificate to [email protected] prior to the in-person workshop (ideally no later than 2 weeks prior).
Note: If you have already completed the STAGE 1 Instructor Training program previously and have already been issued a Certificate of Completion in the past, please complete the training again, and submit your old certificate along with a message that you certify that you have completed the program again in preparation for updating in this workshop.
