Each class will include instruction in botany and foraging, the principles of plant energetics and classical tissue states, foundational anatomy and physiology, ethno-medica, and seasonal green pharmacy. Meet at the Outdoor Recreation Center near the upper parking lot. Bring a packed lunch and water. No children, adults only.
