Join this new workshop Kangoo Power training led by Hoppenhagen, where you will strap on some specially designed rebound boots which allow you to bounce like a kangaroo.
The class combines high-intensity cardio, strength training, and lots of fun. For helping you burn calories, build core strength, and boost endurance, the class features dynamic aerobics moves performed to an energising playlist that keeps you engaged for almost an hour. Each class ends with a short sequence of strength and stretch exercises on the mat.
About Hoppenhagen
Hoppenhagen is a fitness community established in April 2024, offering cardio classes in Kangoo Jumps boots. Claudia and Selgin are two sports enthusiasts instructing the classes. Claudia is a certified Kangoo Jumps and aerobics instructor, practicing since 2018. Selgin is a dance instructor since 2016, with a special focus on posture, core strength and flexibility.
They enjoy combining dance, music and fitness as a universal tool to bring people together.

PRACTICAL INFO
NB. Due to the limited number of boot sizes (EU 36-44), make sure to book the appropriate ticket with your shoe size. Don’t forget to bring long socks and a bottle of water to stay comfy and hydrated!
