Master Loukas Kastrounis will be holding a Kali Eskrima Philipino Martial Arts seminar for beginners on Tuesday 1st October 2024 at Reading Academy Martial Arts School in Berkshire

First part of the seminar will be based on:
The 12 basic strikes of Kali Eskrima
How to use the single stick
Strikes by counter-attack
Training the fear
Second part of the seminar will be based on:
Footwork
Natural body coordination
Grappling and boxing
Dagger and disarm techniques
