Je hebt KALEIDO (al eens) zien performen. Nu wil KALEIDO jou zien.
Deze zomer nodigt KALEIDO tijdens World Pride het publiek uit voor een auditieprocedure. Tijdens deze Big Audition worden bezoekers ontvangen als kandidaten voor de exclusieve en prestigieuze “Kaleido Academy”. Een hysterische, theatrale en verrassend verbindende ervaring met ICK's Space for Dance Art als locatie.
De avond zal een mix zijn van theater, sociaal experiment en performancekunst. Op speelse wijze neemt het Kaleido-collectief de auditiecultuur, talentenshows en prestatiedruk binnen de kunst- en entertainmentwereld op de hak. Juryleden die zichzelf heel serieus nemen, bizarre opdrachten en ongemakkelijke kennismakingsoefeningen.

Call voor het publiek
Dit is de kans om je leven te veranderen. En vergeet niet: alles wat je doet is onderdeel van de selectie! Knipper twee keer en je bent niet geselecteerd.

PS: Er is een vertrouwenspersoon aanwezig, die je tijdens de volledige auditie kunt bezoeken. Dit heeft sowieso geen enkele gevolgen voor je auditie, don’t worry about it.

Praktische informatie

• Inloop: vanaf 19.30 uur
• Start programma: 20.00 uur
• Einde voorstelling: circa 21.30 uur (de show duurt ongeveer 1,5 uur)
• Napraten met een drankje: tot rond 22.30 uur

You've seen KALEIDO perform (before). Now KALEIDO wants to see you.

This summer, during World Pride, KALEIDO invites the audience to take part in an audition process. During this Big Audition, visitors are received as candidates for the exclusive and prestigious "Kaleido Academy". A hysterical, theatrical, and surprisingly connecting experience, hosted at ICK's Space for Dance Art.

The evening will be a mix of theater, social experiment, and performance art. In a playful manner, the Kaleido collective pokes fun at audition culture, talent shows, and performance pressure within the art and entertainment world. Self-serious jury members, bizarre assignments, and awkward icebreakers.

Call to the audience

This is your chance to change your life. And don't forget: everything you do is part of the selection! Blink twice and you're not selected.

PS: There is a confidential advisor present whom you can visit at any time during the audition. This will have absolutely no consequences for your audition – don't worry about it.

Practical Information

• Doors open: from 7:30 PM
• Program starts: 8:00 PM
• Show ends: around 9:30 PM (the show lasts approximately 1.5 hours)
• After-talk with a drink: until about 10:30 PM
