We’re hosting our next Kaizen Adaptive Coach Course on October 5th, 2024.This Kaizen Adaptive Coach Course, taught exclusively by Emily Kramer Throckmorton, certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, is appropriate for all coaches and athletes interested in learning how to work with the adaptive population.
Participants will develop the tools to work with athletes who have experienced long-term physical or traumatic impairments.
Topics to be covered:
* The importance of functional movements.
* What it means to be an Adaptive Athlete.
* Types of physical or traumatic impairments.
* How to assess Adaptive Athletes.
* Scaling vs. Adapting.
* Safety considerations.
* Recovery techniques.
* And much more!
All attendees with receive a certificate of completion!

⏰ 9AM-4PM. Registration starts at 8:30am.
Cost: 1. Early Bird Registration= $299.00(before October 1st)
2. Regular Registration= $349.00 (after October 1st)
✈️ Nearest airport is located in Norfolk (20 minute drive to us!) We are located just a few blocks from the beach! If you are traveling from out of town, we have options for you to stay walking distance to the gym and plenty of places to grab healthy food options!
