Kaffee und Kuchen (Coffee and Cake)

For ages 13 & up

The afternoon tradition of meeting friends for a slice or two of pastry and a relaxing conversation is one German tradition that we are ready to adopt. Working with a small team, you’ll discover the secret to the perfect cinnamon-scented streusel topping for your sour cherry cake; produce a show-stopping, vanilla cream-filled pastry; and pick up tips on making a walnut cookie log filled with apricot jam. At the end of class, we’ll honor the German custom of enjoying a cup of coffee or tea as you sample a selection of the sweets that you have just made.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
