We love running K9 Rally Fit!!Exclusively for our training centre, K9 Rally Fit gives dogs a chance to work on fitness, conditioning and strengthening from several angles!
☑️ How to do Warm Up exercises correctly and how they help
✔️ Understanding their own foot placement to use more foundation equipment
☑️ Learning how to do cool down exercises and stretches correctly and what each is working on
✔️ Learning how to control their balance, coordination and weight shifting to use more advanced equipment safely and comfortably
☑️ Linking very different exercises together to complete short sequences which in turn helps work the body for more strength, without risking high impact throug repetitive jumping, turning or complex movements
✔️ Progressing to working on longer courses with equipment, guided by our special K9 Rally Fit ©️ signs, to complete sequences that include a warm up, balance, strength and cool down exercises.
K9 Rally Fit combines our Canine Conditioning training with the concept used in Rally Obedience to give you abs your dog a totally different workshop - that promises a huge amount of training, guidance, beneficial exercises and fun for every dog and handler!!
** We do ask that dogs attending have some basics in place to ensure they can work on more exercises during the session. These include sit and down or sit and stand (both guided), nose touch to hand, front paws on an item. **
Very limited space to ensure I can observe every dog correctly for each exercise and to be sure that every dog has equipment to work on that is suitable for their height, structure and ability.
£35 with handouts included for the exercises covered so you can practise once home.
