Dear,: The Human experience is a self-help production. While the main theme is mental health, individuals can create the experience to help their needs. These themes look like connection with others struggling (because we know how lonely struggling can be), coping mechanisms, outside resources, and a better understanding of what is happening to our bodies when we hit these low points.

Instead of choosing one aspect to focus on, the human experience combines art, music, culture, and literature to convey the diversity of humanity and mental health. These are expressed through performances by singers, choirs, actors, models, comedians, motion picture, orchestra, and a touch of outside help.
