Dear Friend,Former West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Larry Starcher died on December 24, 2022. There will be a public memorial program celebrating his life on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 2:00 to around 3:30 PM at the West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown. A reception with refreshments will follow the program.
