An unarmed Indigenous man was murdered by FPD Friday morning. Shane Netterville was attempting to flee in a vehicle when he was shot by 11 year FPD veteran, Adam O'Brien. We demand the release of the body cam footage. Whether Shane was driving the vehicle with homicidal intent or not, police should never be the judge, the jury, and the executioner. Shane was a son, brother, a wonderful uncle, and a member of this community. We will be taking action at 4pm Monday, July 11th at Fargo City Hall. Fargo City Comission starts at 5, sign up to speak. Please bring signs, your voices, and drums if you are able.
