New Church is excited to announce a new ministry that will reach out into our community and connect us to the justice work. We are announcing “Justice & Jazz Sunday Vespers.” Our first vespers service will happen on Sunday, May 19 at 5:00 pm in the sanctuary. The service will feature local jazz musicians, a message from a special guest preacher, amazing jazz music, and the installation of Rev. Monica Bradley as our Senior Associate Pastor for Justice.
The goal of our Justice and Jazz Vespers Ministry is to provide a vibrant, and spiritual worship service enhanced and inspired by jazz music. The Vespers service will seek to develop justice leaders, communicate about justice efforts in our city, and grow community and connection among justice advocates.
We hope you will be a part of this dynamic experience of worship and music.
