JUST FULL MOON is JUST SAUNA's monthly Full Moon sauna ritual, where you will get 2,5 hours of steaming hot sauna and reconnect with yourself and reflect in the heat via 4 facilitated sauna rituals in addition to cleansing and letting go rituals outside of the sauna.

So bring all of you and whatever themes are active in your life around this time. The sauna is a perfect space to work with yourself, letting go, feeling your emotions and easing your body and mind. Especially when we are tuning into the Full Moon and the energies around this time. Enjoy a special treat with heat, free electrolyte drink, body scrub, Cold Plunge at our brand new facilities in the urban surroundings at the very heart of the the city.
This Full Moon event will be facilitated by the found of Just Sauna and Danish Aufguss Champion, Herbal Practitioner and Spaceholder Ulla Jerslund in collaboration with Cecilie Bynkeh from Circles and Cycles. Professional Saunagus Master, Ceremonial Spaceholder and Shamanic Practitioner.
