An event where everyone hugs. Traditionally, this evening we will create a friendly, open and safe atmosphere in which everyone can explore themselves in tactile (non-sexual) contact with others.Touch is a way of communicating.
Touch is therapy.
Touch is a feeling of security.
Touch is pleasure.
Touch is the concentration of attention on some part of the body.
Touch is a game.
How much can we say, do and feel without words?
Interaction through touch is a rather unusual and unusual way for us. It has a whole world to explore, in which you can understand the principles of your interaction with others.
Body contact is an opportunity to feel truly yourself, alive, needed by someone else, warm, caring, loving and loved.
At first, it may become a little uncomfortable: hugging a stranger, stroking his head and touching his hand with his hand.
To do this, we have prepared several exercises that will help you feel calmer and more confident. We will learn to feel each other, to do it without violating our own and other people's borders, environmentally and with love.
The meeting will begin with a tea ceremony and an introduction to the cuddle practice.
Together we will do a little relaxing practice that will allow you to concentrate on yourself and your body.
Through simple tasks, we will begin to interact with each other through a look and gentle touch.
After the atmosphere of comfort is created, interesting tasks will be offered to all participants.
In the process, it is important to follow the RULES:
⁃ you can’t have sex, kiss, touch each other’s intimate places and get very excited, any kind of touch is possible except for overtly sexual
- all interaction takes place in clothes
- a culture of consent: if you want something with other people - ask about it out loud and wait for verbal consent or refusal. no means no. Everyone is responsible for their feelings and is free to offer everything that interests them. And refuse if for any reason you don’t want something
- taking care of space, yourself and others. Respectful attitude and attention to the emotions and feelings of others
- it is desirable to adhere to tactile interaction and not go into conversations
- you can interact in any composition with people of any gender
- the organizers of the event have the right not to let the participant in or ask him to leave in case of non-compliance with the rules or inappropriate behavior
