Each session incorporates breathing exercises, guided reflection, and age-appropriate discussions that encourage self-awareness and emotional regulation. Through playful activities and mindful movement, children learn to pause, breathe, and connect with themselves and each other, fostering a sense of inner calm and confidence.
This class is designed to support homeschool families in promoting mental well-being, mindfulness, and positive social interactions, while creating a space for children to develop both emotionally and physically. Suitable for ages 5 and up, the Just Breathe for Kids Homeschool Class aims to empower children with lifelong tools for inner peace and self-awareness.
No experience is ever necessary as we believe your child already has everything they need to practice with us!
