This workshop will be focused on herbs that support with nourishing the body, think of it as exploring Mother Natures vitamin cabinet.

We will explore some basic like understanding the bodies energetics, benefits of nourishing herbs, and understanding how to create a balanced blend. Then we will dive into the fun part of crafting your own herbal tea blend and tasting your creations.
