Just A Card Show is a simplified, collector-focused experience created for fans and vendors who want nothing but cards, collectibles, and real deals. No DJ. No basketball court. No distractions. Just straight heat on the show floor.

Expect sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, sealed wax, slabs, singles, memorabilia, and a crowd that’s there to buy, trade, and collect. Same Culture Collision energy, same quality vendors and guests just a more focused, streamlined experience built for true hobby enthusiasts.

We’ve built Culture Collision on the belief that the hobby should be fun, inclusive, and community-driven. Since day one, our mission has been to bridge generations, introduce new collectors, and give vendors a platform to shine.

⚠️ Important Commitment Policy

VENDOR / EXHIBITOR RULES & POLICIES

By purchasing vendor or exhibitor space, all individuals and companies agree to the following rules and policies. These rules are strictly enforced to protect the integrity of the event and the vendors who honor their commitments.

FINAL SALE & COMMITMENT

• All vendor table purchases are final.

• No cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, or exceptions are permitted under any circumstances.

• Once a vendor registers and submits payment, they are fully committed to participating in the event.

• Failure to attend, set up, or complete the full event does not release the vendor from this agreement.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• Vendors who purchase a table and fail to set up will be fined $250.

• Vendors who do not set up will be barred from registering for the next Culture Collision event.

• No-shows negatively impact the show floor, fellow vendors, and attendees and will be addressed accordingly.

GENERAL AUTHORITY

• Culture Collision reserves the right to approve, deny, relocate, reassign, or remove any vendor at its sole discretion.

• Vendors removed for policy violations will not receive a refund.

• Decisions made by event management are final.

TABLE ALLOCATION & USE

• Vendor registrations include only the number of tables purchased.

• Vendors may not expand beyond their assigned footprint.

• Using unassigned tables or space is prohibited.

• Unauthorized use of additional tables will result in a $150 per table fee, due immediately.

• Reselling, transferring, trading, or sharing tables or sections is strictly prohibited.

• Culture Collision reserves the right to adjust layouts, table assignments, or sections as needed for operational or safety reasons.

TABLE ASSIGNMENTS

• Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Earlier purchases receive priority placement.

• Once tables are assigned, locations cannot be moved.

VENDOR BADGES

Vendor badge limits are strictly enforced.

• 1–3 tables: 2 vendor badges

• 4–5 tables: 3 vendor badges

• 10-table section: 5 vendor badges

• Additional vendor badges may be available for purchase at vendor check-in for $50

• All badge sales are final.

• Vendors may not share or duplicate badges.

SHOW PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Vendors must be fully set up and operational during all scheduled show hours for all show days.

• Early breakdown, partial attendance, or leaving before official show close is not permitted.

• Vendors are required to participate for the full duration of the event to ensure a consistent and professional show floor..

SETUP, LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT

• Vendors must follow all venue load-in and load-out procedures.

• Vendor setup begins at the designated load-in time provided by event management.

• After the first show day, vendors must use front entrances and personal carts only.

• Rear doors and loading docks remain closed until the conclusion of the final show day unless otherwise authorized.

DISPLAY & VENUE RULES

• Vendors may not use tape, stickers, adhesives, nails, or markings on floors, walls, tables, or venue property.

• Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their booth or setup.

• Vendors must keep their display within their assigned space at all times.

TALENT, SIGNERS & PROMOTIONS

• Vendors may not bring, promote, or host celebrities, signers, voice actors, influencers, or special guests without prior written approval.

• All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.

• Unauthorized appearances may result in removal without refund.

CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

• Harassment, aggressive behavior, unsafe conduct, or disputes will not be tolerated.

• Culture Collision reserves the right to remove any vendor whose behavior disrupts the event.

SECURITY, SURVEILLANCE & INSURANCE

• Event venues may have video surveillance; however, Culture Collision, its staff, contractors, and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors are solely responsible for securing their inventory, cash, and personal property.

• Vendors are strongly encouraged to obtain private event insurance covering inventory, liability, and equipment.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in the event, vendors voluntarily assume all risks associated with event participation and agree to release and hold harmless Culture Collision, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims related to personal injury, theft, loss, damage, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the event, except where prohibited by law.

COMPLIANCE & ENFORCEMENT

• Vendors who violate these rules may be removed from the event without refund and barred from future Culture Collision events.

• Vendor information may be shared with venue partners, security teams, or regulatory agencies as required.
