Junk Journaling, Spring Clean Edition

The winter months are fading away and spring is on its way! Please join us for a fun and gratifying evening of junk journaling! Don't worry if you've never done junk journaling before; it's all about no rules & personal creativity. Junk journaling is sort of like scrap booking but much less formal, and the finished product is just for you & no one else! They can have specific themes, or just be a collage of items you want to arrange together in a keepsake. They can be as random or as specific as you'd like, and again, there are no rules!

Cost: $15 per ticket

What we will provide:

blank journals, stickers, washi tape, glue, etc. You just bring what you want to put into your journal. And of course crafting in good company!

What to bring to this workshop:

anything that you may consider 'junk' now, but may look fondly back on it a few years from now. Anything that can fit in a standard notebook and can lay relatively flat is great. Examples include: stickers, tickets from events, cards or notes from people, recipes, photos, drawings, clippings from magazines, pages ripped out of books, basically anything that inspires you.

Optional idea:

Go around your house and collect anything that is on the fridge, in your junk drawer, on your kitchen counter or desk, as a way of spring cleaning / decluttering, and bring those items to use. These items aren't your most precious belongings, but they didn't immediately go in the trash either.
