Kids ages 10-15, join us for our first Pro Wrestling Mini-Camp on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at AML Pro Wrestling Training Center in Winston-Salem, NC! The training curriculum covers everything from locking up and chain wrestling to executing body slams, suplexes, hip tosses, arm drags, punches, kicks, and more! Campers will also learn how to take bumps safely on our padded mats. Each participant will create their own wrestling persona, select entrance music, cut a promo, and perfect their entrance!
Parents, along with family members, are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This exclusive mini-camp is open to ages 10-15, and every participant must have a waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian as well as a doctor's note confirming they are fit to participate. Spots are limited, so sign up today!
